Why a small brain
Say “artificial intelligence” and most people picture a giant model with billions of parameters. A kverk has from a few hundred numbers in the smallest brain to hundreds of thousands in the largest. It looks like penny-pinching. It is not — it is the most important line of defence in the whole product.
This is where the imbalance shows best. A kverk with brain 32 and five senses has 449 knobs. Three months of hourly trading across twenty instruments gathers thousands to tens of thousands of experiences — one experience per active instrument per cycle, which for shares is roughly 63 sessions × 6.5 hours × 20 instruments, about 8,000 in total. For crypto, which never closes, up to five times more.
